Making an order

When you’re ready, you can either order online through our website or get in touch touch directly by calling 0141 647 0831 or emailing info@spectrainterior.co.uk. You can even visit us in person if you like.

For larger or more complex orders it's sometimes better to give us a ring so that we can give advice and a tailored quote (which is often much cheaper than our competitors). We’ll make sure you’ve got exactly what you need to get your job done properly. Enquiries from both trade and public welcome.

Online payments can be made using most major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

On the premises, we also accept most major credit & debit cards (we’re PCI-DSS compliant for your security), and we accept cash and cheque too.


Delivery

We can deliver your order locally using our own drivers or nationwide using a national carrier. Deliveries are usually made within 2–3 working days. Be aware we are closed during local (Glasgow) and national (Scotland and UK) holidays and therefore deliveries may take longer during these times.

Free local delivery within Glasgow area* using our own drivers is available (min. order £25). If your delivery postcode is among the eligible listed below you will be able to select this option at the checkout.

Standard UK Mainland delivery

We offer competitive rates on all other deliveries to the UK mainland (calculated by weight at checkout, subject to VAT).

  • Under 25kg = £9.00 (ex VAT)
  • 25kg – 50kg = £18.00 (ex VAT)
  • 50kg – 500kg = £35.00 (ex VAT)
  • 500kg – 1000kg = £40.00 (ex VAT)
  • 1000kg – 1500kg = £75.00 (ex VAT)
  • Over 1500kg = £80.00 (ex VAT)

Refunds and Returns

If you wish to return your order for a refund, please first our policies below then contact us directly on 0141 647 0831 or through email at info@spectrainterior.co.uk.

Please note this information applies to goods bought online only.

For customers who are private individuals

Your (the customer's) right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of the batch. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. Except in the case of defective goods, goods must be returned at the customer's expense.

You should get a refund within 14 days of either Spectra Interior Supplies getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

We will refund only the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service (e.g. expedited delivery), we will only refund the basic cost. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

For business customers

Goods may be returned within 7 days of receipt provided they are undamaged. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods. Except in the case of defective goods, goods must be returned at the customer's expense and cost of delivery is non-refundable.
